US domestic shipping
Unless a product is unexpectedly out of stock, all orders are shipped within 2-7 business days. Should shipping of your order, for any reason, be delayed more than 7 business days we will let you know.
All orders are shipped through USPS. After leaving our facility, USPS typically delivers in 2–5 business days. You will receive an email notification from us that contains tracking information once your order has been shipped.
You can will receive a shipping confirmation email from us once your order goes out. This email is sent to the email you include at checkout so please be sure this is correct. Using the link included, you may request updates through USPS to receive notice of any delivery exceptions, delivery confirmation, etc.
International shipping
If Customs charges occur please note that you, the buyer, are 100% responsible for any fees that may be incurred. Please note that International orders can take up to 4 weeks to arrive after they are shipped.
Refunds Policy
Returns
Orders can only be canceled or modified if they have not yet been processed for shipping. Please note a 10% restocking and payment processing fee will be charged for all orders that are cancelled. Shipping charges will not be refunded once order is placed. This charge is used to cover our fees incurred by processing electronic payments.
Due to the hand made, fresh nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. This policy ensures the freshness and potency of our products. However, we want you to love your products as much as we do, so if you are unsatisfied in any way please contact us as soon as possible and we will find an agreeable solution.
